一個本來簡單的生日宴,花點心思,造就不一樣的歡樂時光!太古店日前的包場慶生,食物琳琅滿目,有中有西有葷有素,Tim Sir 特別為素友監製的優雅全素品嘗菜單,不少都是充滿深度的作品。

將珍菌釀入香梨,傳遞了質地對比鮮明的口感。中菜西食手工菜反沙芋,外脆內軟!將秋葵金針菇等釀在冬瓜環的白玉藏珍、利用銀杏蓮子香草製成的甜品小青桔,清甜清新!竹林素蟹粉豆腐,是薯仔甘筍及豆腐的完美組合;用了油炸鬼做排骨的鳳梨咕嚕素排骨….. 出品精緻全無味精無雞粉無仿肉無五辛,展現食材的真正味道和口感之外,還有心思!
